How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location in Australia.

Do you offer tracking for orders?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor its progress.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options—please contact us if you’re unsure.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
